We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Male Support Worker to provide quality support to clients in the Parramatta area and surrounding suburbs.

Essential Requirements
Male applicant preferred due to client support requirements
Native-level English communication is essential
Current Australian driver's licence – essential
Reliable access to a vehicle
Previous experience in disability support, aged care, community care or a similar role is highly regarded
NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check or willingness to apply
First Aid and CPR certification
Qualification releated with disability or relavant sector

About the Role
Provide support to clients in their homes and in the community
Assist with daily activities and community participation
Support clients to maintain their independence and wellbeing
Assist with transport and community outings
Build respectful and skilled relationships with clients




Follow individual support plans and workplace procedures
