Meadowbank Physio and Allied Health is a close-knit clinic that priorities the patients' treatment and care. We are seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated and committed candidate who is available to work part-time as a Senior Receptionist with the opportunity to transition to full time employment upon progression into the Practice Manager role.

Expected Tasks:
Greet patients and manage appointment scheduling
Handle phone, email, and in-person inquiries
Process payments and manage billing
Maintain accurate patient records
Keep reception area clean and professional

This job is a casual role with the opportunity to extend into a Permanent Part Time Role after the 3 months probation. This role would suit someone who is looking for a long term (+3 years) position and available on Saturdays if needed.

You will be assisting a team of allied health professionals including Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist, Speech Therapist, Psychologist, and Dietician.

Mandarin/Cantonese speaking preferred but not compulsory
Prior experience is not required.

Pay: $32.00 – $37.00 per hour
