A new chapter is coming to Kuranga.

As we have now opened our brand-new café, we're looking for an experienced Barista to help us create an exceptional café experience day to day at our brand new site.

For over 40 years, Kuranga has been inspiring visitors through Australian native plants, beautiful spaces, and genuine hospitality. Our cafés are designed to complement that experience, offering quality coffee, fresh food and warm, authentic service in a unique environment.

About the Role

You'll be responsible for delivering consistently excellent coffee while creating memorable experiences for every guest.

Your day-to-day will include:
Preparing high-quality espresso coffee and specialty beverages
Delivering friendly, genuine customer service
Maintaining a clean, organised and efficient coffee station
Working collaboratively with our front-of-house team
Helping create a welcoming atmosphere for every guest

We're Looking For




Minimum 2 years' barista experience in a busy café environment
Confident with espresso extraction, milk texturing and workflow management
A positive attitude with excellent communication skills
Reliable, professional and well-presented
Ability to remain calm and efficient during busy service periods
Capacity to work within a 3 person barista team on weekends producing 600 cups per day.
Availability for at least one weekend day every week is essential
