Ranomata Cuisine is looking for a reliable, organised and tech-savvy IT & Digital Operations Coordinator to manage the digital systems and online platforms used throughout our restaurant.

This role is ideal for someone who is confident with technology, social media and hospitality systems and can keep all our online platforms accurate and up to date.

Key Responsibilities

● Manage and update our POS system, including menu items, prices, descriptions and availability

● Manage and update Uber Eats and DoorDash

● Add/remove menu items and update pricing, photos, promotions and trading hours across delivery platforms

● Manage our online booking/reservation system

● Monitor and assist with customer bookings and booking enquiries

● Manage and maintain our Ranomata Cuisine office app

● Troubleshoot basic technical issues with restaurant systems

● Manage and update our website

● Manage our social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook and TikTok

● Create and schedule social media posts, promotions and restaurant updates

● Respond to online customer enquiries and messages

● Keep restaurant information consistent across our website, POS, delivery apps, booking platforms and social media

● Upload and edit menu photos,



promotional material and other digital content

● Assist management with general digital administration and behind-the-scenes office tasks

We are looking for someone who:

● Is confident and experienced with computers and technology

● Has experience managing social media accounts

● Is comfortable learning new software and restaurant systems

● Has excellent attention to detail

● Is organised and able to manage several platforms at once

● Can work independently and solve problems

● Has good written and verbal communication skills

● Is reliable, trustworthy and professional

● Experience with hospitality POS systems, Uber Eats, DoorDash or booking systems is highly regarded
