Duties & Responsibilities:
Complete high-quality general and deep residential cleans alongside team members.
Inspect completed cleans to ensure they meet company and client standards.




Train and onboard new cleaning staff on company procedures and safety protocols.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients on-site to handle feedback or special requests.
Manage cleaning inventory, equipment maintenance, and the company vehicle.

Requirements:
Proven experience in professional domestic or commercial cleaning (Required).
Previous experience in a supervisory, team leader, or senior cleaner role (Highly Preferred).
A valid Australian Driver's Licence with a clean driving record (Required).
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail and excellent time-management capabilities.
Ability to pass a National Police Check.

8-hour shift
Day shift
Monday to Friday

Pay: $60,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
