Job description - Factory Hand & Machine Operator (Full time)
We are currently seeking a hard working Factory Hand to carry out various tasks in the dough room of our pastry manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be working in a rapid-paced environment, requiring consistent heavy lifting (25kg), working in a team and learning new tasks that need to be completed at a fast pace.

Production worker responsibilities & duties
The successful applicant will report into the team supervisor and will be required to:

· follow production processes

· carry out quality assurance of food products

· carry out general cleaning duties

· report any issues on the production line to the supervisor

· follow & adhere to OH&S; and food hygiene standards

Process Worker skills
The successful applicant must possess the following skills:

· Strong work ethic

· Ability to undertake heavy lifting regularly (15kg)

· Great communication skills

· Ability to work in a multicultural team workplace

· Ability to work efficiently and safely at all times
