About the Role

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our automotive logistics projects. This role mainly focuses on day-to-day coordination and follow-up across warehousing, transportation, customs clearance, and shipping activities. You will work with internal teams, customers, and logistics service providers to help ensure project activities are progressing smoothly and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and follow up automotive logistics projects.
Track shipment status, timelines, and outstanding actions.
Liaise with warehouse teams, transport providers, customs brokers, freight forwarders, and customers.
Support customs clearance and shipping documentation.
Follow up transport bookings, deliveries, and PODs.
Maintain project trackers, shipment records, and related documents.
Assist with basic reporting and day-to-day operational coordination.

Requirements
Good communication, coordination, and organisational skills.
Good attention to detail and ability to follow up tasks.
Basic Microsoft Office skills.




Background in logistics, freight forwarding, customs clearance, or international trade is preferred.
Mandarin and English communication skills are preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
