Belgravia Leisure is seeking an up-and-coming people leader to coach, inspire and lead the team at Yawa Aquatic Centre. Reporting to the Centre Manager, you will help ensure the smooth operation of the facility and drive a customer-centric service across programs and services.
The role requires a robust background in aquatics, member sales and retention, OH&S; compliance, and people management, with weekend work during peak seasons. A Police Check, First Aid and CPR certificates are required.
