Host/Doorman

We are seeking a skilled, well-presented Host / Doorman to join our team in Melbourne CBD.

As the first point of contact, you will provide a warm welcome to clients while maintaining a secure, qualified, and premium customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome clients and create a positive first impression.
Manage guest access and entry to the boutique.
Monitor the entrance and maintain a professional presence.
Assist with client flow during busy periods.
Communicate effectively with the boutique team.
Uphold the highest standards of presentation and customer service.

About You
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Well-groomed with a qualified appearance.
Reliable, punctual, and confident interacting with clientele.
Previous experience in luxury retail, concierge, hospitality, security, or customer service is highly regarded.
Full Australian working rights.
