CGC Recruitment are looking for an Experienced Carpenter to a join a High End Residential builder based in the Inner West. The have been delivering new builds and renovations for nearly 20 years from to $3m to $10m across the Eastern Suburbs, Inner West and Northern Beaches. With multiple projects running at the moment, they are looking to bring in experienced carpenter / lead carpenter to work across projects from the Northern Beaches to the Eastern Suburbs.

The Role
Working on high-end architectural homes
Recent builds, alterations and additions
First and second fix carpentry
Detailed finishing and architectural carpentry
Reading and working from architectural drawings
Working closely with the Site Manager and wider construction team
Maintaining a high level of quality and site presentation
Working on technically challenging and detail-focused projects




Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard

About You
Qualified Carpenter with solid industry experience
5+ years' experience as a Carpenter
Robust high-end residential background
Excellent attention to detail and quality of workmanship
Confident reading plans and architectural drawings
Comfortable working on complex residential projects
Reliable, professional and takes pride in their work
Own tools, transport and White Card
