About the role

Residential Sales Agent with Elever Property Group, a property business operating across residential sales, property management and project marketing. This job will be a retainer as well as commissions. Your core office hours will be Monday to Thursday, 8:30am–3:30pm, based at the Gasworks office in Newstead. There is flexibility when attending appraisals, listing presentations, buyer appointments and other sales-related activities outside the office. As with any residential sales position, you will also be expected to conduct open homes when required, including Thursday evenings and Saturdays.

Key responsibilities
Nurture relationships with landlords within the rent roll who are considering selling
Convert referred opportunities from project buyers, resale opportunities within completed projects, and direct referrals from the company Director and wider network into listings and sales
Continue developing your own pipeline of business
Conduct appraisals and listing presentations
Manage buyer appointments
Conduct open homes including Thursday evenings and Saturdays
Manage opportunities from appraisal through to settlement

About you
Minimum of five years' residential property sales experience
Proven ability to win listings and close sales




Your own established network and the ability to generate current business
Strong relationship-building and database-nurturing skills
Current Queensland real estate licence or registration
Your own reliable vehicle and a current driver's licence
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Confidence to work independently and manage opportunities from appraisal through to settlement
Professional, proactive and results-focused approach
