About the Role: Retail Sales & Showroom Support

In this position, you will act as a key brand representative on the showroom floor, helping customers navigate an extensive range of appliances, fixtures, and renovation products.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Greeting and assisting retail shoppers and trade professionals with product selections across kitchen appliances, fixtures, and hardware.
Providing tailored recommendations and design inspiration to support various home improvement and kitchen renovation projects.
Maintaining a pristine, well-organised, and engaging showroom environment.
Managing sales processing and addressing customer inquiries professionally.




Operating standard retail shop hours, ensuring a consistent schedule while supporting regular trading days.
Mon-Fri 9am-5pm, Saturday 9am-4pm, Day off during the Week
