The Role:
We are looking for a vibrant and reliable Barista & All-Rounder to join our mad-hatter team! This is a true all-rounder role where you’ll be the heart of our operation—creating fantastic coffee, delivering friendly service, and helping wherever needed to keep our cafe running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
Crafting exceptional coffee with speed, consistency, and a passion for quality.
Providing genuine, friendly, and efficient customer service at the counter and tables.
Preparing and presenting food items from our menu.
Handling POS operations and processing payments.
Maintaining impeccable cleanliness and hygiene standards across the cafe.
Working collaboratively in a fast-paced team setting.
Assisting with opening/closing procedures and general cafe duties.





Who You Are:
A skilled barista with proven experience and a love for latte art.
A true people-person with a positive, can-do attitude.
Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in your work.
Able to work well under pressure during busy periods (weekends included).
Have the right to work in Australia.
Previous experience in a similar cafe role is highly regarded.
