Role details
The Clermont Multi-Purpose Health Service is seeking applications for a Clinical Nurse (Aged Care) to join their team on a permanent basis.

Your opportunity
The Clinical Nurse provides management and co-ordination of comprehensive care through leadership and support of staff to develop qualified standards of practice in line with the Aged Care Quality Standards, Organisational values and goals.
The Clinical Nurse provides advanced level clinical skills to ensure Resident-focused evidence-based nursing care, plans and coordinates the clinical management of Resident/Patient care within Clermont MPHS.
About the Team
Clermont MPHS is a 32-bed facility that has recently consolidated from two sites to one. The facility comprises 10 x acute inpatient beds and 22 x aged care beds in Montcler. Current services include Aged Care, Accident & Emergency (A&E;) services, inpatient services, Community Health and Allied Health outpatient clinics and the Community Home Support Program (CHSP).
