The Personnel Group in Greensborough, Victoria, is looking for a casual Career Mentor to support people with disability through the NDIS Employment Supports program. You’ll deliver personalised, strengths-based mentoring that builds confidence, skills, and pathways to employment.
This role requires 2–3 years’ experience in employment support or mentoring, a Cert IV or higher in Employment Services or related field, and compliance checks (NDIS, Police, Working with Children).
