About the role

Geely Ringwood is growing, and we're looking for an energetic and reliable Yard Hand to join our team. This is a great entry-level prospect for someone who loves cars, enjoys practical work and wants to build a career in the automotive industry. No dealership experience is required—we're looking for the right attitude, a robust work ethic and a willingness to learn.

Key responsibilities
Wiping down and presenting vehicles to a high standard
Moving vehicles around the dealership and storage locations
Assisting our detailing team with vehicle preparation
Helping prepare vehicles for customer deliveries
Delivering and collecting vehicles when required
Refuelling and charging vehicles
Keeping the showroom, yard and vehicle display areas clean and organised
Assisting with number plates, vehicle signage and stock presentation
Supporting the sales team with general dealership duties




Completing other reasonable work-related tasks as required

About you
A current Victorian driver's licence and a safe driving record
A reliable, punctual and positive attitude
Pride in your work and strong attention to detail
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication and customer service skills
An interest in cars and the automotive industry
