Voice Performer — Australian English (AI Speech Training)

About The Role

What if your voice could directly shape how AI understands and speaks to millions of people? We're looking for qualified Australian voice actors and voice-over artists to participate in paid studio recording sessions that help leading AI research teams build smarter, more natural-sounding speech systems.

This is a contract role for experienced voice professionals based in Australia. Your voice won't be cloned — you'll be helping AI learn how real Australians actually talk.

Sessions: 2–3 sessions of 4 hours each
Location: Professional recording studio (locally assigned in Australia)

What You'll Do
Record natural, conversational Australian English speech in a skilled studio workplace
Participate in solo single-speaker sessions and dual-speaker dialogue recordings
Deliver realistic, human-sounding dialogue that feels unscripted and authentic
Follow light direction to vary tone, pacing, and delivery across different scenarios




Bring your performance instincts to help AI systems better understand how Australians actually speak

Who You Are
A professional voice actor or voice-over artist with real recording experience
A native or near-native Australian English speaker with a natural, authentic accent
Currently based in Australia
Comfortable performing natural conversation and dialogue — not just narration
Reliable, professional, and receptive to direction in a studio setting
Fluent in English at a working communication level

Nice to Have
Acting or performance background
Experience in broadcast, podcasting, or prior studio recording work
Comfort with both scripted and improvised conversational delivery
