About the role

As Client Services Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day performance of your portfolio of commercial cleaning contracts across the Brisbane CBD and surrounding inner-city areas. This is a hands-on operational and client-facing role for someone who enjoys being out in the field, building solid relationships, solving problems and making sure sites consistently perform to a high standard.

Key responsibilities
Managing relationships with Facility Managers, Property Managers and key client contacts
Regularly visiting sites and maintaining high presentation standards
Managing, supporting and developing cleaners, supervisors and subcontractors
Responding quickly to client requests and operational issues
Ensuring cleaning scopes and service expectations are consistently delivered
Coordinating relief coverage and resolving staffing issues
Identifying and rectifying quality issues before they become client complaints
Supporting mobilisation and transition of new sites
Managing equipment, consumables and operational requirements
Maintaining safety and compliance standards

About you




Current Australian driver's licence
Ability to travel throughout Brisbane CBD and surrounding areas
Solid communication and organisational skills
Confidence using mobile technology and operational systems
Australian working rights
Ability to attend sites outside standard business hours when operationally required
Takes ownership rather than waiting for direction
Builds strong relationships with clients and frontline teams
Has high standards and solid attention to detail
Can manage multiple priorities across several locations
