What We’re Looking For
Proven experience supporting clients with dementia (essential)
Minimum 6–12 months paid support work experience
Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Ageing/Disability)
NDIS Worker Screening, Police Check, First Aid & CPR
Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
Full working rights
Up-to-date vaccinations (COVID, Flu, Chicken Pox, hepatitis B, Whooping Cough and Measles)
Your Responsibilities
Providing compassionate, person-centred dementia care
Personal care: showering, grooming, mobility support
Supporting routines in a calm, structured workplace
Meal preparation and light household tasks
Transport to appointments and community activities
Accurate documentation and explicit communication
