Due to ongoing growth an exciting opportunity for a Fire Alarm Technical Support qualified who will help to support customer needs and assist with the growth of business.

A generous salary package including superannuation, car allowance and mobile will be offered to the right candidate along with a up-to-date office setting with onsite parking.

Training will be provided to the successful applicant.

Main duties/responsibilities:
Technical Field Support / Phone Support (Fire Alarms), (EWIS), (VESDA).
In house Programming (Fire Alarms).
Data Entry (Fire Alarms).
Fire Alarm Graphics System design and support.
Assist in preparing technical sales solutions
Supporting customers with project needs

Skills & Experience:
Sound knowledge of Electrical (or similar) industry
Fire Alarm Systems knowledge would be highly regarded
Driven and self-motivated with the ability to work unsupervised
Strong communications skills and a professional demeanour
Sound computer skills essential (Microsoft Office)
The ability to run multiple projects simultaneously
