The Role:
Unidex Healthcare are seeking experienced, compassionate and reliable Disability Support Workers to partner with a participant based in Maryborough. High complex care experience is highly regarded, with onsite training also provided. Reliability and flexibility are required.

Rates:
From $42.50 day rate

Duties:
Stoma care
PEG feeding and medication administration
Rehabilitation assistance, including assisting with hydrotherapy sessions and stretching
Following Allied Health recommendations




Assistance with personal care
Assistance with domestic tasks
Manual handling, including turning and hoist transfers

Skills and Experience:
Australian Driver Licence
Certificate III in Individual Support or Aged Care is essential
HLTHPS006 Assist Clients with Medication certificate is required
Current National Police Clearance within 12 months
Valid First Aid and CPR certificates
Current Yellow Card
Current Blue Card
NDIS Worker Orientation Module
NDIS Supporting Effective Communication Module
Relevant disability support or complex care experience highly regarded
