An Australian Government organisation is seeking an experienced ICT Support Officer provide high-quality ICT support services to users across Australia and overseas. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a energetic ICT environment, supporting business-critical technologies, improving service delivery, and contributing to a range of ICT projects and operational initiatives

The ICT Support Officer will be responsible for but not limited to;
Provide ICT support for hardware, software, network, account, and device-related issues.
Manage and resolve service requests and incidents while maintaining high service standards.
Administer user accounts, systems, devices, software, and ICT assets.
Support ICT projects, system upgrades, testing, deployments, and technology rollouts.




Contribute to cybersecurity, service improvement initiatives, and ICT documentation.

The ICT Support Officer will have experience in the following:
Experience supporting Microsoft on-premises and cloud environments.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver quality outcomes.
Collaborative approach with knowledge of ICT security and governance requirements.
