Job Description

We are looking for a full time Chef de Partie. Positive communication skills are essential, along with passion and motivation. You must be reliable and possess good time management skills. Chefs must be available to work a versatile roster including nights and weekends, in a great working environment.

Key Responsibilities

This role requires:

– Overseeing their specific kitchen station, keeping station and kitchen clean.

– Preparing ingredients – keeping an eye on prep levels and food quality in their section

– Working service and cooking high quality dishes under a certain timeframe

– Rotate stock / Check Inventory

– Work as part of a team

Skill & Experience

Essential Criteria:

– Must have more than two years experience in a similar role.

– Diploma in hospitality management or commercial cookery is desired

– An understanding of all areas

– High quality, rapid paced food service

– Professional manner with all staff members

– Hard working, honest and reliable

– Scope for further training
