Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager
Location: Molendinar, Gold Coast

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to drive eCommerce growth, digital advertising performance, and customer acquisition. This hands-on role is ideal for a commercially focused marketer with strong experience across paid media, Shopify, and conversion optimisation.

Responsibilities
Manage and optimise Google Ads and Meta campaigns to drive growth and ROI.
Support eCommerce performance across Shopify, landing pages, and customer journeys.
Monitor campaign performance, conversion rates, lead quality, and sales outcomes.
Develop and test audiences, creative, offers, and campaign strategies.
Build and optimise CRM, email automation, and customer nurture campaigns.
Use analytics, tracking, and AI tools to improve marketing performance.

Qualifications
6+ years' experience in digital marketing or performance marketing.




Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and eCommerce platforms.
Experience with Shopify, GA4, CRM systems, and marketing automation.
Robust analytical and commercial mindset with a focus on measurable results.
Confident using AI tools to improve efficiency and campaign performance.
