Position : Full Time
Location : Somerton, VIC
Salary : $75,000 - $85,000 a year

Established in 1975, proudly Australian, family-owned and operated company, Gorski Engineering is Australia’s leading manufacturer of Premium Tipping Trailers and Tipping Truck Bodies. Experts in both Hardox and Aluminium.

Gorski Engineering is currently looking for hardworking and dedicated Fitter to join their team.

You should have the skills to:
Accurately read and interpret drawings and specifications.
Operate machines to produce parts by turning, boring, milling, shaping, slotting, grinding or drilling metal stock or components.
Fabrication of all types of steel, aluminium and stainless-steel structures
Plate Profiling, Machining and Lathe jobs
Welding and insulation work
Order/fabricate with accuracy and assemble metal parts.




Assist in equipment maintenance, repair, upgrades and installations.
Perform scheduled inspections and condition assessment on machines.
Maintaining appropriate stock levels of spare parts
Complete tasks to high quality while working to a deadline.

Skills and Experience:
Relevant trade qualification
At least 2 years work experience
Have a solid adherence OH&S; and in keeping as secure workplace.
Willing to follow detail instructions and quick Learner.
Be able to perform the physical requirements of the role.
