This is a full time position within a progressive company, working alongside a dedicated team at the Bunbury, WA workshop. The role will include working in the Kutastone showroom, assisting with general reception, administration and sales duties, as well as supporting the maintenance and scheduling team.
Key responsibilities
Showroom attendant, assisting clients with colour and material selections, design and quoting
Greeting clients and providing a high level of customer service throughout the showroom
General administration and reception duties, including managing incoming phone calls and emails
Assisting the scheduling and maintenance team as required
Liaising with clients, builders and internal team members as required
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring information is entered and updated correctly
Maintaining the presentation and appearance of the showroom and meeting rooms
About you
Previous sales and office administration experience
Ability to read and interpret builders' plans and addenda
Solid computer skills, with Microsoft Office, Excel and Word essential
AutoCAD experience would be beneficial
Previous cabinetry knowledge or experience would be highly regarded
Familiarity with industry materials, including stone benchtops and cabinetry
Meticulous record keeping and data entry skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Excellent attention to detail
