The Role

As Food & Beverage Attendant in RuCo Bar, you will efficiently deliver a high standard of food and beverage services to our guests in line with the guest’s needs and expectations.

Working amongst your team, you will support the Food & Beverage team with the day to day operations of RuCo as well as supporting the team to achieve our purpose.

Day to Day
To meet and greet all guests arriving and departing the restaurant
To provide personalised service in intimate settings
To be able to work in a energetic team
Have exceptional interpersonal, communication and time management skills
Superior customer service skills along with the capability of working both autonomously and as part of a team
The ability to create a positive first impression
The flexibility to work on a rotating roster, including weekends,



night shifts and public holidays
To assist with other areas of Food & Beverage division as the business requires

Qualifications

What we are looking for?
Previous Food & Beverage experienced preferred
A positive attitude for customer service
MUST have an unrestricted working Visa for Australia
Must have an Responsible Service of Alcohol for Victoria
Bar skills are preferred
Barista skills are preferred
Versatile availability, preferably on Thursday, Friday and Saturdays
