3 Month Contract (August to November) About Our Client Working closely with a cooperative team, you'll play a key role in managing onboarding and recruitment administration for a large volume of hires during the peak Christmas recruitment season. While the work is heavily focused on onboarding and process coordination, no two days are the same. You'll be supporting a high-volume hiring campaign and ensuring candidates are set up for success from day one.
Coordinating onboarding activities for high-volume seasonal hires - Managing candidate communications throughout the onboarding process - Ensuring documentation and compliance requirements are completed accurately and on time - Updating and maintaining candidate records within recruitment systems - Liaising with hiring managers and internal stakeholders - Supporting the wider Talent Acquisition team with recruitment administration - Delivering a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey The Successful Applicant - Previous experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Coordination, HR Administration,



or a similar support role - Experience with SuccessFactors is highly desirable - Friendly, personable, and confident communicating with candidates and stakeholders - Highly organised with solid attention to detail - Able to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment - Comfortable working with repetitive processes while maintaining accuracy - Reliable, proactive, and ready to hit the ground running - Available for the full 3-month contract period with no planned leave What's on Offer - Competitive hourly rate of approximately $43 per hour.
