Curamoir Healthcare Recruitment is seeking a Team Leader – Youth Support Services in Mount Druitt to lead a team of Youth Workers, Case Workers and a Community Engagement Officer. You will provide supervision, coaching and performance support while guiding career development within the group.

You will oversee individual support and case planning to ensure positive outcomes for young people and work with internal teams and external service providers to establish referrals and partnerships.
