Callide Valley Toyota is seeking a dedicated and organised Administration skilled to join our Service Department in Biloela, QLD. This is a full-time position offering an excellent opportunity to become an integral part of our busy dealership operations. You will provide essential administrative support ensuring smooth daily operations and contributing to the success of our business. This role is based in office at our Biloela location and will involve a variety of tasks that keep our organisation running efficiently.

What we're looking for
Proven experience in an administrative or office support role, ideally within a retail or automotive environment
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel
Competent typing and data entry abilities with a high degree of accuracy
Professional telephone manner and strong customer service orientation
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Reliability and a strong work ethic with attention to detail




Experience with reception duties is highly desirable
Knowledge of dealership management systems would be advantageous
