About the role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimise end-to-end supply chain operations across procurement, inventory, logistics, warehousing and distribution. The successful candidate will play a key role in improving efficiency, reducing costs and ensuring high levels of customer service.

Key responsibilities
Manage end-to-end supply chain operations, from procurement through to delivery.
Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives.
Lead demand and supply planning, forecasting and inventory management.
Manage suppliers, contracts, purchasing and supplier performance.
Oversee logistics, warehousing and distribution activities.
Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve operational efficiency.
Monitor KPIs and prepare regular supply chain performance reports.
Collaborate with sales, finance, operations and production teams.
Manage supply risks and develop contingency plans.
Lead,



coach and develop supply chain and logistics team members.

About you
5+ years' experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics or operations management.
Robust knowledge of inventory, purchasing, forecasting and logistics.
Excellent negotiation, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated experience managing suppliers and third-party logistics providers.
Strong leadership and stakeholder-management capabilities.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Relevant qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or a related discipline is advantageous.
