The Dental Group (Sydney Implant Institute & Dental Lounge) is looking for a passionate and skilled Dental Assistant to join our energetic team at the Sydney Implant Institute in our Sydney CBD location.

As a Dental Assistant, you will:
Assist in a variety of dental procedures, including surgical and restorative phases.
Prepare treatment rooms and ensure they are always ready for our patients.
Provide excellent chairside assistance and patient management.
Educate patients on post-operative care and ensure their comfort.
Maintain a clean and protected working workplace by adhering to infection control protocols.
Sterilize dental instruments and equipment.

Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Dental Assistant.
Solid knowledge of dental procedures and terminology.
Experience assisting with dental surgery would be a plus (not required).
Proficient in using dental software and digital imaging systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of professionalism.
Detail‑oriented with strong organisational skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
