About the role

We are seeking an experienced, self-driven Territory Sales Representative to join our growing team and own the Queensland market. This is a field-based role centred on building lasting relationships with veterinary clinics and hospitals throughout the state.

Key responsibilities
Conduct regular customer site visits to veterinary practices across your territory
Promote new business by identifying and converting prospective clinics into loyal VSMS customers
Present, demonstrate, and sell our full product range, with a solid emphasis on orthopaedic and surgical solutions
Provide expert product guidance and education to clinical staff
Work independently day-to-day, managing your own schedule, pipeline, and travel
Report to the Sales Manager based in Western Australia, keeping open lines of communication and aligning with national strategy
Submit monthly budgets and reports, including forecasts, activity summaries, and territory analysis

About you
Demonstrated sales experience in veterinary products — you understand the market, the decision-makers, and the clinical context
A stable employment history that reflects commitment, reliability, and qualified growth
Tertiary education (e.g.



veterinary nursing, animal science, business) or robust, demonstrated experience working in veterinary practices — you can speak the language of our customers
A genuine love of animals and passion for the veterinary industry
Excellent self-management skills: you are organised, accountable, and comfortable working remotely
A valid driver's licence and willingness to travel within Queensland
