What we’re looking for
Previous experience in hospitality, café work, or customer service is highly valued
Strong communication skills and a genuine love for customer service
A warm, friendly, positive and approachable personality
Ability to stay calm and productive in a rapid-paced environment
Reliable, punctual, and well-presented at all times
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
Eagerness to learn, grow, and take on new challenges
