Discovery Parks Rockhampton is seeking a commercially sharp Park Manager to lead a large accommodation operation including 106 cabins and 70 sites. You’ll oversee a team of ~35 staff and be responsible for driving occupancy and revenue with a solid focus on guest experience.
You’ll work hands-on, ensure high standards, and provide leadership across Front Office, Housekeeping and Grounds. A manager residence is provided; a Federal Police Clearance and Working with Children Check are required.
