The Role

As our newest Front Office Receptionist, you are the face of the hotel. You will be the go-to person for our guests, setting the mood for their stay from the second they walk through the door.

Your main goal is easy: bring your bright energy to the desk every day, keep things running smoothly, and make sure our guests leave with a smile.

What a Typical Day Looks Like:
Welcoming guests with a genuine smile and getting them checked in or out without a hitch.
Answering questions about the local area, helping out with reservation inquiries, and looking after group tours.




Handling day-to-day front desk admin, like balancing transactions and processing foreign exchange.
Thinking on your feet to solve guest issues quickly and smoothly.
Chatting with Housekeeping and Maintenance to ensure rooms are perfect and ready to go.

What You Bring to the Team:
Hotel Experience: You’ve worked on a hotel front desk before huge plus.
The Software: You know your way around OPERA. We will happily train the right person.
Your Personality: You’re friendly, outgoing, and actually enjoy talking to people from all walks of life.
Cool Under Pressure: A busy lobby doesn't phase you; you stay calm, organized, and helpful when things get hectic.
Communication: Your presentation is sharp and you communicate easily with both guests and our other internal teams.
Flexibility: You understand hotel life means rotating rosters, including weekends and public holidays.
The Legal Stuff: You must have a current Australian work visa or permanent residency status.
