THE PROSPECT

We’re looking for an experienced Duty Manager to lead our team and deliver exceptional customer experiences at the Cove Tavern. This is a hands-on role supporting the Venue Manager in overseeing daily operations, gaming, compliance, and customer service.

Your responsibilities will include:
Running the day-to-day shift operations of the venue with a focus on bar, dining, and gaming
Leading, inspiring, and developing the team to deliver great customer experiences
Handling guest feedback quickly and professionally
Contributing to budget achievement through revenue generation and cost management
Ensuring compliance with all OLGR liquor and gaming regulations and venue policies

To be successful in this role, you’ll have:
Current RMLV, RSA, RSG and Approved Managers Licence
5+ years’ experience in a similar role, including gaming
Strong customer service experience and a love of hospitality




Availability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holiday periods
