Task & responsibilities
Coordinate forming, baking, unloading, de-panning, and cooling of baked goods.
Glaze buns, decorate cakes with cream and icing.




Operate machines for rolling, molding dough, and cutting biscuits.
Clean, grease, and maintain baking trays, tins, and equipment.

Qualification & experience
At least 1 year of proven experience as a Pastry cook or in a similar role
Knowledge of baking techniques and recipes
Robust attention to detail and time management skills
Ability to work well in a team setting
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required
