About the Role:

As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standard.
Managing all in office construction activities
Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and site personnel
Driving project programmes and achieving key milestones
Maintaining high standards of safety, quality and compliance
Conducting site meetings and coordinating trades
Managing site logistics and sequencing of works
Liaising with project stakeholders and consultants
Identifying and resolving site-related issues proactively

How You’ll Connect to the Role:




Proven experience as a Site Manager within commercial construction
Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and site operations
Experience delivering projects from groundworks through to handover
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Sound understanding of safety and quality management systems
Ability to build strong relationships with subcontractors and project teams
Trade or tertiary construction qualifications highly regarded
