Salary up to $105k+ Super + bonus for exceeding KPI's - $2k PD allowance + 4 days study leave - Clinic&community; sessions based from an established clinic in the Logan region - Paediatric caseload tailored to your interests where possible - Use fleet cars or receive travel reimbursements - Supportive team workplace with regular supervision & peer learning - Manage your own diary with support from an admin team The role: As a Speech Pathologist, you will focus on delivering tailored therapy services to paediatric clients & their families, primarily under NDIS funding.

Your responsibilities include conducting assessments, prescribing assistive technologies, delivering therapy, and providing family and carer support.



You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to support client inclusion and independence, creating practical recommendations to meet individual goals. Sessions will take place in the clinic or in community depending on needs of the client.

Requirements
Relevant tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology - SPA registration - Knowledge of NDIS and community-based supports is desirable - Current driver’s license, Blue Card & NDIS checks - Solid communication, decision-making, and organizational skills
