We are looking for a Service Advisor who owns the customer experience from the first call to the keys being back in hand.

The role
Run the front of house - bookings, quoting, updates, follow-ups
Translate what the techs find into plain English for customers
Keep the workshop schedule moving
Handle invoicing, parts and admin
Build the kind of relationships that bring people back

You
Customer-facing automotive experience (or responsible hunger to learn)
Organised, quick on your feet, good under pressure
Comfortable with tech and workshop systems
Strong admin skills - detail-oriented and nothing slips through the cracks
Current driver's licence The perks:
