TheICT System Administrator(Infrastructure)APS6willbe responsible formanaging,maintainingand improving the performance of the organisation's ICT infrastructure, ensuring its alignment with business requirements and APS statutory obligations. This includes critical activities such as administering and optimising the server setting, conducting system audits, implementing systemenhancementsand mitigating risks.

As an APS6, you are expected to execute high-level technical tasks involving system infrastructure design and enhancements, and provide expert advice and solutions on complex ICT issues. In addition, the role involves coordinating incident and problem management processes, maintaining disaster recovery strategies, and supporting development and implementation of ICT projects. A robust understanding of the ITIL service management framework, excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to work effectively in a team workplace are essential.
