We’re looking for an experienced, professional and enthusiastic Catering Manager to join our friendly team based the QE2 Medical Centre. This role supports the delivery of fresh, well-presented food for meetings and in office events, as well as some off-site catering — alongside the day-to-day running of busy cafés.

About the Role

This is a practical, team-focused role where you’ll be involved in preparing and coordinating catering for meetings, training sessions, and functions. You’ll work closely with the café team to ensure orders go out on time, look outstanding, and meet high food safety standards.

This role is about quality, organisation, and creating a great experience hassle free experience for our customers.





What You’ll Be Doing
Preparing and coordinating catering orders for meetings and events
Organising daily catering orders and ensuring timely delivery
Supporting and guiding café team members
Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards
Helping with stock control and ordering
Ensuring food presentation is fresh, appealing, and consistent

Someone who enjoys being hands-on with food preparation
Robust organisational skills and attention to detail

Positive understanding of food safety practices
