ABOUT YOU
Current Class 1 or Class 2 Strata Licence
Strata management experience
Robust knowledge of NSW strata legislation
Excellent communication and relationship management skills
Confidence dealing with owners,



committees and contractors
Robust organisational and problem-solving skills
A qualified and customer-focused approach
