Your current role As Senior Project Manager, you will take ownership of retirement living developments, managing multi-stage projects typically consisting of up to 20 homes per stage. You will oversee projects from initial planning through to completion, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities - End-to-end project management from head contract to handover
Programming, procurement, and budget oversight
Managing and supporting site teams and Contract Administrators
Liaising with clients and key stakeholders
Driving project performance and maintaining high-quality outcomes




Ensuring strong communication and leadership across the team What you’ll need to succeed - Proven experience managing similar large-scale residential or retirement living projects
Ability to oversee high-volume builds (up to 150 dwellings per year)
Robust leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Trade background (Carpentry preferred) and/or relevant tertiary qualification
Experience with construction software (e.g.

Jonas

Premier) advantageous
