The Recruitment Hive is partnering with a Federal Government entity to appoint an ICT Support Officer in Canberra. You will provide frontline ICT support for hardware, software, networks, accounts and devices, ensuring timely resolution of issues and alignment with service levels.

You will work in a Microsoft on-prem and cloud workplace, engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and help deliver ICT projects, patches and security controls in a busy public service setting.
