Senior AWS Connect SME (Onsite Lead):

Role Summary
Serve as the onsite technical leader and customer-facing SME for Amazon Connect transformation, migration, conversational AI, enterprise integrations and managed service operations.

Key Responsibilities
Lead architecture and solution design; manage stakeholder workshops; guide offshore teams; oversee Amazon Connect implementation, migration, IVR/contact flows, routing profiles, integrations, governance, release management and production support.

Technical Skills
Amazon Connect, Contact Flows, Routing Profiles, Contact Lens, AWS Lambda, API Gateway, Lex, Transcribe, Translate, Polly, IAM, CloudWatch, DynamoDB, S3, EventBridge, REST APIs, CI/CD, Git, ServiceNow integrations.

Leadership Responsibilities
Provide technical direction, mentor engineers,



drive best practices, review designs, manage risks and support executive-level customer engagements.

Preferred Experience
Global contact center transformations, multilingual solutions, voice-to-voice translation, cloud migration programmes, managed services and enterprise architecture engagements.

Certifications
AWS Solutions Architect Qualified, AWS Developer Associate, AWS SysOps Administrator and related AWS certifications preferred.

Soft Skills
Executive communication, stakeholder management, consulting skills, problem solving and leadership.
