We’re looking for an experienced Senior HR Advisor to join our team and help bring this vision to life.

About the Role

This is a senior HR partnering role, focused on building trusted relationships across the business and creating meaningful employee experiences.

Reporting to the Chief People & Experience Officer, you’ll work closely with leaders, managers and employees, providing commercially focused HR advice while owning key experiences across the employee lifecycle.

Your focus will include:
Strategic HR partnering and employee relations
Coaching and supporting leaders and managers
Employee experience, engagement and wellbeing
Growth, development and career conversations
Culture, values and recognition
Learning experiences and people initiatives




Activating and embedding People & Experience frameworks
Using feedback and data to continuously improve the employee experience

About You

You’re an experienced HR qualified who:
Builds genuine, trusted relationships at all levels
Brings strong commercial awareness and sound HR judgement
Is hands-on, visible and comfortable working closely with the business
Can coach and influence leaders through complex people matters
Is passionate about employee experience, engagement and culture
Takes ownership and follows through
Is solutions-focused, adaptable and biased towards action
Wants to make a genuine impact rather than simply manage HR processes
