About the role

Working closely with management and the operations team, you will be responsible for supporting the growth of Kulparri Tyres & Mechanical through a combination of sales, business development and marketing activities.

Key responsibilities
Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
Promoting Kulparri's tyre, mechanical, fleet and mobile service capabilities
Following up enquiries, leads, quotations and potential contracts
Assisting with client proposals, capability statements, tenders and presentations
Developing and implementing sales and marketing initiatives
Creating content for social media, email campaigns, newsletters and the company website
Coordinating photography, videos, client updates and promotional material
Maintaining client databases and tracking sales opportunities
Monitoring industry activity, market trends and competitor services

About you
Previous sales, business development or marketing experience
Experience within the mechanical, automotive, tyre, transport, mining or heavy industry sectors
A sound understanding of mechanical services, workshop operations or fleet maintenance
Solid communication and relationship-building skills




Confidence speaking with clients, suppliers and key industry stakeholders
The ability to identify opportunities and convert enquiries into ongoing work
Strong writing skills for proposals, marketing material and social media content
Valuable organisational and time-management skills
The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Experience using Microsoft Office and customer relationship management systems
