About the role

Ten Commandments Granite and Marble is seeking a Sales & Administration team member to join us in Yeppoon, QLD. This is a full-time position that plays a key role in supporting our sales, customer service and maintaining the administrative functions essential to our business.

Key responsibilities
You will be the first point of contact for our clients, assisting them with selecting stone bench top colours and finishes for residential and commercial projects.
Designing headstones and memorials for clients, with care and sensitivity
Processing and managing customer enquiries
Preparing sales documentation, work orders, stock orders and invoices in a timely manner
Responding to customer enquiries, providing friendly customer service
Liaising with suppliers and service providers

What we're looking for
Experience in sales administration or client-facing administrative roles
Excellent organisational skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a qualified approach to client interactions
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Excel and Word
Experience with Xero accounting software preferred.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with attention to detail




Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
